As the fastest growing community in Indiana, the town desired a new UDO that would give them the tools to achieve the vision in their comprehensive plan. As a Center for new residential development and bolstered by a strong distribution industry, the UDO created new mixed-use districts to allow a greater range of living options and promote walk-able communities the Indianapolis Business Journal reported on the success of these districts as they brought the type of development the town desired.
